We had a wonderful vacation in Jamaica, there were no surprises, we did have one small problem with our transportation from the airport back in Detroit. We made a call to our agency's after hours emergency phone and within an hour there was a limo there to pick us up, at no charge to us. HJR Travel took good care of us, and went the extra mile to resolve what could have been a major issue.
